Job Description
NES Fircroft is a leading global technical recruitment company providing professional contract and permanent staff to a diverse world-wide client base within the Mining industry.
Role: Principal - Governance, Risk and Assurance
Location: Saskatchewan; preference is Saskatoon based (Flexible Hybrid model available)
Schedule: 5/2 (M-F). 8 hours/day
Contract Length: 6-12 months (Extensions/Renewals TBD)
Description:
The successful candidate will be working with the commercial team. Experience must include Governance, Risk Management, Assurance, Internal Audit, IT Risk, Controls Advisory, Compliance, Business Continuity, Board & Executive Reporting, People Management & Development.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 5+ yrs. experience in Large Project Environment (mining, power, oil & gas, construction)
- Strengths in people coordination, presentations, and data delivery
- Ability to influence up and deliver timely
- Experience implementing commercial systems
- Knowledge and/or experience in commercial is key but no required
- 3+ yrs. leadership experience an asset
