POSITION SNAPSHOT

Risk Management and Cybersecurity are crucial parts of software innovation. If you\'re excited about the opportunity to join an industry leader developing secure large-scale solutions for the supply chain industry, we\'d love to hear from you! The Cybersecurity GRC Analyst will partner with our IT and Corporate Governance teams to shape Livingston\'s strategic cyber risk management and governance roadmap. Position location is remote and open to Canada and the U.S.

The ideal candidate has experience driving security strategy and master of all things data. You can capture and analyze data to asses risks and guide GRC processes. A forward thinker, constantly designing and updating solutions to meet short and long-term goals.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Aid in the development of Livingston\'s cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) program
  • Develop and create policies, procedures & Process Improvement and Standardization
  • Assist with IT Audit/compliance process and activities
  • Collect and analyze data from multiple outputs, including computer log sources and be able to communicate findings/assumptions of synthesized data
  • Contribute to the review of internal processes and activities and assist in identifying potential opportunities for improvement
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  • Minimum 3 years working in IT or Cybersecurity roles
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization
  • Working knowledge of risk management standard and frameworks (NIST, ISO, CIS, PCI)
  • Experience with SOC2, GDPR, or ISO27001 audit/risk assessments
  • Takes initiative and ownership to address challenges and escalate
  • Experience in contributing to cybersecurity incident response
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, Visio, MS Outlook and SharePoint, Power BI
EDUCATION

Preferred: Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Systems

CERTIFICATIONS DESCRIPTION

CISA, CRISC or GRCP Certification is an asset
