What You'll Do

Create intentional, engaging, and nurturing classroom experiences for students ages 3-5. Implement a blended pedagogical approach that honours Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Blum's proprietary framework. Guide students with dignity, respect, and presence--supporting emotional regulation and independence. Collaborate with fellow educators, campus leadership, and families to ensure consistency and quality in every aspect of the learning journey. Maintain licensing compliance, health and safety standards, and contribute to a culture of accountability and excellence.
Who You Are

A passionate educator with a

Level 3 Early Childhood Educator certification

(or in progress). Experienced in leading a classroom with confidence, empathy, and professionalism. Inspired by Montessori and Reggio Emilia principles and eager to contribute to Blum's unique pedagogical blend. Organized, dependable, and committed to intentional routines, thoughtful communication, and student dignity.
