We are currently seeking

On-Call Early Childhood Educators (any Level 1, 2, or 3)

to join our award-winning team. This flexible role is a wonderful opportunity for passionate educators who want to support our classrooms while gaining valuable experience in a collaborative, professional, and joyful setting.

What You'll Do:

Step into our classrooms as needed to support our students and Educators. Build meaningful connections with children through play, exploration, and care. Contribute to a positive and engaging learning environment. Collaborate with our team to uphold Blum's high standards of care and education.

What We're Looking For:

An Alberta ECE Certification (Level 1, 2, or 3). A kind, flexible, and energetic educator who enjoys being part of a team. Someone passionate about Montessori and Reggio-inspired approaches (experience is an asset, but not required--training provided). A genuine love for guiding children's growth and development.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $16.50-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 40 per week
