Infant Classroom Primary Educator - West Hillhurst Campus

Full-Time | Level 2 or Level 3 Early Childhood Educator

Infant Classroom

at our

West Hillhurst campus

. This role is ideal for an Educator who finds joy in nurturing strong foundations, supporting early milestones, and building meaningful relationships with both students and families.

Full-time, Monday to Friday

Blum Childcare Academy - West Hillhurst Campus

Qualifications:

Alberta Early Childhood Educator Level 2 or Level 3 Certification

What You'll Do:

Create a warm, calm, and engaging classroom environment that reflects the values of Montessori and Reggio-inspired practice. Support infants through early developmental milestones with gentle guidance and respect for individual routines. Maintain strong communication and partnership with families, ensuring consistency between home and school. Observe, document, and reflect on student learning through daily notes and Learning Stories. Collaborate with your team and Leadership to uphold Blum's high standards for quality, care, and safety.

What We're Looking For:

A kind, patient, and nurturing Educator who truly enjoys working with infants. Demonstrated understanding of child-led, play-based, or Montessori/Reggio-inspired approaches. Strong observation and communication skills. Reliability, professionalism, and a positive team spirit.
