We are currently seeking a

Primary Educator (Level 2 or Level 3)

to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who values reflective practice, meaningful collaboration, and a strong commitment to nurturing each student's holistic development.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain a calm, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment aligned with Montessori and Reggio Emilia principles. Plan and implement thoughtful learning experiences that inspire curiosity, independence, and a love for discovery. Observe and document each student's development through daily reflections and learning stories. Collaborate closely with co-educators to ensure a consistent, intentional, and enriching classroom rhythm. Communicate effectively and professionally with families to build strong, trusting partnerships. Model mindfulness, grace, and respect in all interactions, contributing to the Academy's warm and collaborative culture.

Qualifications

Alberta Early Childhood Educator Level 2 or Level 3 certification (required). Minimum of 1 year experience in a licensed early learning setting. Knowledge or experience with Montessori or Reggio Emilia approaches (an asset). Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. A professional, reflective, and team-oriented approach to teaching and learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50-$19.60 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
