The Role





At Dizolve, we believe financial excellence drives success. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive Pricing Manager with a passion for leadership and a goal of moving into management. In this role, you'll lead and support key financial initiatives, including costing analysis, project and variance analysis, financial statement preparation, and budgeting/forecasting. You'll provide actionable insights to drive financial performance, help optimize cost management and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:





Perform detailed costing analysis to ensure accuracy and control over project and operational costs.



Analyze product/service profitability and recommend adjustments to pricing or cost strategies to enhance profitability.



Lead pricing initiatives with a focus on financial and customer business objectives
+ Managing costing evaluations and assess the impact that pricing has on margin, customer retention, and EBITDA results
+ Collaborate across multi-functional areas such as sales, operations, and marketing.
+ Lead the team to adjust pricing as required
+ Understand multiple markets and products, identify opportunities / risk.
+ Develop and maintain pricing strategy to support organic growth in both commercial and residential sales.
+ Analyze customer pricing strategies / offerings and make recommendations to support sales teams in delivery of customer offer.
+ Develop pricing strategies to ensure they are integrated and effective in driving sales growth and profitability.
+ Help build out best practices for all companies by researching both internally and externally top strategic pricing practices and behaviors.
+ Provide guidance to current pricing teams to help improve and optimize all price related models and tools.
+ Work with the sales team and other resources to provide market intelligence and risk analysis (gain/loss in potential business)

About You:



Post-secondary education in Business (professional Accounting or Pricing designation would be an asset)
+ 5+ years of experience in a business environment (finance, sales, business, operations)
+ Proven leader and strong communicator: Ability to work effectively with various levels of the Company
+ Self-starter with a strong work ethic; respect for commitments
+ Strong aptitude with numbers
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
+ Results driven, strategic, and analytical thinker
+ Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
