Purpose:
The incumbent in this position is accountable to implement pricing strategies and promotion details from the Natural Foods and Vitamin Manager in order to achieve overall margin and sales goals. This position requires a demonstrated passion for the natural products industry and a strong commitment to the company core values while driving to hit these goals. Staying atop of current trends and being able to adapt quickly will be a necessity.
Promotional Campaign Implemetation:
Execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and sales events to drive traffic, increase sales volume, and achieve revenue targets.
Work with Natural Foods and Vitamin Managers to execute negotiated programs
Ensure hitting timelines of the Marketing calendar
Coordinate with stores, franchisees, marketing, and operations teams to ensure execution of promotIons and align with overall business goals
Coordinate with store operations teams to ensure that promotional materials, signage, and displays are properly implemented in-store.
Monitor inventory levels and stock availability to support promotional activities at warehouse level, ensuring that sufficient quantities of promotional items are in stock to meet customer demand
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure promotional funding, discounts, and special offers are offered to franchisees in time to maximizing promotional opportunities.
Pricing Strategy Implementation:
Analyze pricing data and trends to identify opportunities for pricing optimization and revenue maximization.
Set and adjust pricing levels based on market conditions, seasonal fluctuations, and business objectives.
Work with store operations on implementing price changes on a regular basis
Pricing Analysis:
Conduct competitive pricing analysis on a regular basis to benchmark prices against competitors and identify opportunities for price adjustments or competitive positioning.
Monitor competitor pricing strategies, promotions, and market trends, incorporating insights into pricing and promotional decisions.
Ensure price accuracy and compliance with pricing policies, regulations and legal requirements
Implement pricing controls and processes to prevent pricing errors, discrepancies and unauthorized change
Ensure timely reaction to cost fluctuations in the market place
Track key performance indicators of sales volume, unit volume and profitability to evaluate the impact of any changes
Data Analysis and Performance Monitoring:
Collect sales data, profitability, pricing metrics, and promotional performance to evaluate the effectiveness of pricing and promotion strategies.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, margin contribution, incremental growth, customer traffic, and basket size, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Provide regular reports on promotion performance to senior management
