Airtek Nova Scotia is a wholesaler specializing in home energy efficiency improvements, based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. We are currently looking for a friendly, professional, and organized individual to join our team as an Inside Sales and Warehouse Associate. At Airtek, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and outstanding service to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning contractors. We are seeking a motivated and experienced sales professional to help support our existing clients and drive new business growth.

THE OPPORTUNITY



As an Inside Sales and Warehouse Associate, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers. Your role is critical to our sales process, you will qualify leads, manage inbound inquiries, nurture customer relationships, and support the outside sales team. RESPONSIBILITIES



Your responsibilities include:



Respond to calls, quotation requests, and product inquiries from contractors, dealers, and service companies across Nova Scotia. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing accurate information on products, pricing, and availability. Follow up on leads, open quotes, and inactive accounts to generate new business opportunities. Support outside sales efforts to grow the territory and ensure a positive customer experience. Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and product quality. Organize and maintain warehouse inventory in a clean, safe, and efficient manner. Prepare and fulfill customer orders accurately and on schedule. Assist with loading and unloading deliveries while following safe handling practices. Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies or damages promptly. Handle product returns, transfers, and labeling to maintain inventory control. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Zoho CRM preferred) and coordinate with purchasing and sales teams. Stay informed on our full HVAC product line, promotions, and accessories to provide knowledgeable recommendations. Perform other duties as required by Management, including occasional assistance at affiliated locations or with special projects.

QUALIFICATIONS



1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, HVAC supply, customer service, or technical parts distribution (required). Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and commonly used parts and accessories (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM/order entry platforms (such as, Zoho, QuickBooks). Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Physically capable of handling warehouse tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and operating within warehouse conditions. Forklift certification or experience is an asset. A passion for customer service, technical sales, or the HVAC and energy efficiency industry is considered a strong advantage.

WORK SCHEDULE



Weekdays Some evenings or weekends may be required based on seasonal demand
