Premier is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Press Helper Operator to join our pressroom team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience is an asset, but we will train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
:
Load paper into the press
Fill ink fountains as required
Load printing plates
Gather and organize press supplies to support efficient press operation
Monitor paper flow and watch for jams or issues
Assist the Press Operator with cleaning press cylinders and plate removal
Follow all safety procedures, quality standards and company policies
What We're Looking For:
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions and job dockets
Comfortable working with machinery and equipment
Able to stand for long periods
Detail-oriented and consistent with repetitive tasks
Physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs and handling paper sheets up to 28" x 40"
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
