Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Press Brake Operator with minimum 2 years of hands on experience to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining press brake machines to produce precision metal components. This role requires a strong understanding of CNC machinery, CAD drawings reading, and quality inspection to ensure products meet exact specifications.

Duties

Operate small Amada press brake machine to bend and form metal sheets according to detailed CAD drawings and specifications. No heavy gauge metal use. Program CNC machinery for precise operations using CNC programming skills Use hand tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments for quality inspection and ensuring dimensional accuracy Read and interpret technical drawings, and schematics to determine machine settings and production requirements Perform routine maintenance on press brake equipment and troubleshoot mechanical issues Assist with assembly processes when required, ensuring parts are correctly formed and assembled according to standards Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety protocols

Qualifications

Proven experience operating press brake machines in a manufacturing environment Mechanical knowledge with the ability to read technical drawings accurately Ability to use calipers, hand tools, and other measurement devices for precision work Basic math skills necessary for calculating dimensions and tolerances Experience with forklift handling is a plus but not mandatory Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards in a manufacturing setting Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29.00-$34.00 per hour
