We are currently hiring an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our growing team in Calgary. This role is part of our Processing Division, where you'll be responsible for producing precision-formed steel components that support major industrial and commercial projects across Canada.

Available Shifts:

Day Shift:

Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Afternoon Shift:

Monday to Thursday, 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Set up, program, and operate CNC and manual press brakes to form steel plate and sheet metal Interpret drawings, bend charts, and material specs accurately Perform quality checks using measuring tools (calipers, protractors, gauges) Select and install appropriate tooling, dies, and backstops Operate overhead cranes safely to move materials Monitor machine performance and report maintenance needs Work closely with the Processing team to meet production schedules Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe, organized work environment

What You Bring:

Proven experience operating CNC or manual press brakes Strong blueprint and flat pattern interpretation skills Understanding of bend allowances, tooling selection, and material characteristics Competency with material handling equipment (cranes, forklifts) High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality, accurate parts A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment
