We are a trusted manufacturer specializing in high-quality metal window wells. We are committed to precision, durability, and fast delivery. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our fabrication team and contribute to our production of custom metal window wells.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and fabricate metal components for window wells. Interpret work orders, and specifications to determine machine settings and part dimensions. Measure and inspect finished pieces to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards. Adjust machine settings and tooling as needed for different production runs. Perform basic maintenance on machinery and report malfunctions to maintenance staff. Maintain a clean and safe work area following company safety guidelines. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience operating a press brake in a metal fabrication environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Familiarity with standard measuring tools (tape measure, etc.). Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with galvanized steel or similar materials. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Forklift certification is an asset.
