Responsibilities

Educate children through play-based learning activities that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive social interactions among students. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development. Provide leadership within the classroom by modeling appropriate behavior and setting clear expectations for students.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in childcare is essential. Strong time management skills to effectively balance teaching responsibilities and administrative tasks. Experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting is highly desirable. Ability to write clear lesson plans, reports, and communications for parents. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as this can enhance communication with diverse families.
