PrePress Technician
Our Company
We are a large-format printing company located in Richmond Hill. We specialize in a variety of large-format printing methods including rigid-materials printing, flexible-materials printing, and fabric-printing.
Prepare customer artwork for production by checking, fixing, and outputting print-ready files to keep large-format jobs moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect incoming files and ensure
print readiness
(preflight, errors, specs) Fix/prepare artwork usingAdobe Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign
Createlayouts/impositions
to maximize efficiency and material usage Outputprint-ready files
and ensure error-free printing Performproofing + basic color correction/calibration support
Communicate with customers about file issues and solutions Coordinate with production teams and update job status inproduction software
Key Requirements
Strong
Adobe Creative Suite
skills Experience withRIP workflows
;Asanti RIP + Caldera
preferred Strong understanding oflarge-format printing
Detail-oriented, organized, good communicationFabric printing prepress
= asset Graphic design experience preferredJob Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
