We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Pre-Press Technician & Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be the vital link between design concepts and production, ensuring that all visual materials are print-ready and visually compelling. You will leverage your expertise in digital art, graphic design, and print production to deliver high-quality materials that align with brand standards and marketing goals. Prepare and proof print files using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), ensuring accuracy in color management, layout, and typesetting. Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to review artwork for quality, consistency, and adherence to project specifications. Conduct color correction, photo manipulation, and digital art adjustments to optimize visual impact across various mediums. Manage the pre-press process by checking files for technical issues related to resolution, bleed, margins, and font embedding before printing or digital publishing. Operate and troubleshoot printing equipment, including sign manufacturing tools when applicable, to ensure flawless production output. Utilize web design skills such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and content management systems for digital projects including UI/UX layout design and motion graphics. Develop branding elements like logos, motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or InVision for multimedia presentations. Assist in the creation of marketing collateral--print advertising, signage, digital banners--and ensure all materials meet brand guidelines and quality standards. Support the production design process by creating presentation visuals using Figma or Sketch that communicate concepts effectively. Maintain organized records of all pre-press workflows, proofs, color profiles, and project files for easy access and quality assurance.

Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; familiarity with CorelDRAW is a plus. Strong understanding of color theory, color management techniques, typography, layout design, and typesetting principles. Experience with digital art creation--including photo manipulation and illustration--and video editing using Adobe After Effects or similar tools. Knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript; experience with WordPress content management systems is preferred. Ability to handle motion graphics projects involving animation software like Adobe After Effects or InVision for multimedia presentations. Skilled in sign manufacturing processes and print production workflows to ensure high-quality output across various formats. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate concepts clearly through visual storytelling. Familiarity with UI/UX design principles for web projects; experience with layout design for both print and digital media is essential. Strong attention to detail in proofing files for resolution issues, font embedding, bleed settings and overall print readiness. Knowledge of marketing strategies related to branding development and content creation across multiple platforms.
