Duties & Responsibilities:
Review damage estimates and plan repair work
Prep and mask vehicle for paint
Backup painter (we are willing to train the right person to paint)
Repair small body damage
Use fillers to complete repairs
Qualification
Must have a valid class 5 driver's license.
Experience in prepping vehicles for paint (required)
Willingness to learn -- additional training provided by employer
Ability to follow the direction of a direct supervisor.
Proficient in planning workload in a time-efficient manner.
Must be able to present yourself in a positive, professional manner to colleagues and customers.
Ability to define problems, collects and analyze data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
