Prep / Line Cook



We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Prep / Line Cook

to support daily kitchen operations and dinner service. This role involves both food preparation and line execution to ensure high-quality dishes, efficiency, and consistency.

Responsibilities



Prepare ingredients (washing, chopping, portioning, labeling) to support service Cook and assemble menu items according to recipes and presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas, stations, and storage Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards Support the kitchen team during peak service periods Assist with inventory checks and report shortages or expired items

Requirements



Previous prep or line cook experience is a must. Knowledge of food handling and commercial kitchen practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

Food Handler Certification

required or willingness to obtain Must follow all

Occupational Health & Safety Act (Ontario)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
