Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients (washing, chopping, portioning, labeling) to support service
Cook and assemble menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas, stations, and storage
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
Support the kitchen team during peak service periods
Assist with inventory checks and report shortages or expired items
Requirements
Previous prep or line cook experience is a must.
Knowledge of food handling and commercial kitchen practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
