Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced cook to lead our kitchen during breakfast and lunch service. The ideal candidate will be able to execute a consistent menu, maintain high standards of food safety and quality, and contribute to the overall success of our restaurant and team.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items consistently and to order
Ensure all dishes are plated and served according to restaurant standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
Manage prep work and kitchen stock efficiently
Work with the team to create daily specials and seasonal offerings
Collaborate with servers to ensure smooth and timely service
Follow all food safety and health regulations
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a cook in a restaurant or food service setting
Food Handling Certificate (required)
Smart Serve (preferred)
Strong knowledge of breakfast and lunch food preparation techniques
Ability to manage time effectively and perform in a fast-paced environment
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Reliable, professional, and passionate about cooking
Schedule
Part-time position (morning and afternoon shifts)
Weekend availability required

Competitive hourly wage (based on experience)
