Key Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards (chopping, portioning, measuring, etc.)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations, storage areas, and equipment
Assist chefs and line cooks with prep work and daily kitchen tasks
Label and store food items properly to ensure freshness and reduce waste
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation
Qualifications:
Previous kitchen or prep experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions precisely
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
Team-player attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
