Position: Prep Cook Location: UNA pizza + wine, Broadway Avenue, Saskatoon Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning
- Assist in the preparation of dishes according to our recipes and specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient production of menu items
- Contribute to menu development and innovation through creative ideas and suggestions
- Previous experience as a prep cook or kitchen assistant preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
