Position: Prep Cook Location: UNA pizza + wine, Broadway Avenue, Saskatoon Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning
• Assist in the preparation of dishes according to our recipes and specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety standards and regulations
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient production of menu items
• Contribute to menu development and innovation through creative ideas and suggestions

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a prep cook or kitchen assistant preferred
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
