Job Description

The Pre-Construction Manager will lead BRANCO's estimating and pre-construction function as we continue to grow. This role is accountable for developing competitive bids, preparing accurate budgets, and driving the front-end strategy that wins our work. Working closely with leadership and operations, you will manage tenders, meet with clients, review drawings and specifications, and guide the early planning that sets our projects up for success.

This is a high-impact role for a proven estimator who wants ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to shape pre-construction within a fast-moving company.

Responsibilities

Lead estimating and pre-construction activities from tender through award Prepare accurate budgets, quantity takeoffs, and cost estimates Develop bid strategies and coordinate competitive tenders Review drawings, specifications, and project documents Attend pre-construction and client meetings Assess scope, risks, and value-engineering opportunities Coordinate with internal teams to support handoff and early planning Maintain estimating tools, templates, and takeoff systems Support business development by identifying opportunities and supporting proposals Help strengthen Branco's pre-construction processes as we grow
