PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB This role is an opportunity to be part of Core Platform within Platforms and Technology group at the bank. This role offers contributing through Resiliency area within Core platform, operating through a TD scaled agile environment. The primary purpose is to contribute in Resiliency area for the Core platform via leading run the bank initiatives for the whole Core platform We are looking for a motivated individual for an exciting opportunity to be part of Core Platform within Platforms and Technology group at the bank. This role offers contributing through Resiliency area within Core platform, operating through a TD scaled agile environment. The primary accountabilities include, but not limited to: Lead and drive the pan-platform run the bank initiatives providing technology leadership including areas such as
Risk identification, assessment, categorization and mitigation
Manage large number of stakeholders, creating persuasive case with required stakeholders to arrive at and move forward with a recommended approach
Lead executive status updates, including ability to create and represent the product group in presentations
Act in a leadership capacity working in an Agile environment
Demonstrate strong technology know how and insight in determining, rationalizing, presenting technology solution options
The role requires working on multiple run the bank epics and features at the same time, delivering value as a leader who manages to keep Core platform compliant to Ent protect, Risk, Audit, Currency standards at the bank The role will be part of an existing POD, working with peers with similar skills delivering large number of operational, innovation, continuous improvement initiatives CUSTOMER:
Complete rotation objectives set together with each host at the beginning of each rotation
Contribute to, support, and prioritize comprehensive, efficient, and accurate processes to meet and exceed business/client needs and requirements
Conduct meaningful qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis, and obtain/share internal and external data and best practices
Improve processes within area including but not limited to those related to reporting, planning, and forecasting; contribute to overall effectiveness of the organization
Assist in conducting value-added business analysis, insights, and recommendations to support business unit/client endeavors, including ad-hoc reviews, reporting, and takeaways with attribution analysis and executive summaries within own area or as assigned
Liaise with other areas of the business and overall enterprise to facilitate completion of projects:
Build effective, profitable, long-lasting relationships with a variety of unique personal banking stakeholders
Liaise with other business units (e.g., Wealth, Business Banking, etc.), control partners (Enterprise protect etc), Enablers (Architecture, ITS etc)
SHAREHOLDER:
Contribute to various operational activities and processes as assigned
Consistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality; escalate issues where appropriate
Be knowledgeable of practices and procedures within own area of responsibility and keep abreast of emerging trends for own functional area
Protect the interests of the organization identify and manage risks, and escalate non-standard, high risk activities as necessary
Monitor service, productivity and assess efficiency levels within own function and implement continuous process / performance improvements where opportunities exists
Acquire and apply expertise in the discipline Identify, recommend and effectively execute standard practices applicable to the discipline
Adhere to internal policies/procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines
Keep abreast of emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements and assess potential impacts Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite

Focus on providing functional specialized business services, advisory or process / program support for own area of specialty, within defined parameters
Requires sound conceptual knowledge in their own field of specialty
May provide informal guidance to others May lead small projects and / or support work streams of a bigger project
Investigates and analyzes potential solutions; ensures processes and functional programs are implemented
Executes on work with some complexity; generally requiring short to medium-term focus (weekly-monthly)
Accountable for own work and effective coordination of processes and information across related teams
Delivers on assigned initiatives / projects /programs with some direction from management
EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION
Undergraduate Degree in related field 7+ years related experience leading technology projects
Ability to [process and] handle confidential information with discretion
Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
Ability to set priorities and complete assignments on time
Skill in conflict resolution and negotiation skills to collaborate across internal and/or external groups/partners
Skill in persuading or influencing others
Skill in negotiation and facilitation
Skill in negotiating by bringing others together and reaching a general consensus
Skill in developing, designing or creating new applications, ideas, relationships, systems or products
Skill in managing one\xe2\x80\x99s own time and the time of others
Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure and meet required deadlines
Ability to analyze and prepare documents, reports and correspondence
