Job Description

The Practice Builder is responsible for business development, sales target execution, market analysis, and identifying strategic partner relationships. This role focuses on developing capabilities and selling practices with priority partners and leveraging performance metrics to assess partner effectiveness.


You will understand, drive and achieve sales targets execution on centrally designed initiatives, utilizing global tools to promote local channel business. You will be assigned to active opportunities of your specific product to accelerate its sales, support complex deals configurations & pricing.

Key Responsibilities



Focus on business development and sales target execution. Conduct market analysis and identify emerging partner capabilities. Develop capabilities and selling practices with priority partners. Leverage performance metrics to assess partner effectiveness. Incubate business and grow revenue of in-scope products & solutions. Interact with external resellers, distributors, and HP Financial Services. Select and segments partners and works on partner adoption, practice building, and certification in their focus area. Enables partners with value proposition, collaterals, training on their focus area, links them to technical support resources. Co-sells with partners until they are self-sustainable.

Education & Experience Recommended:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in enterprise selling, channel & alliance, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience. Proven experience in business development and sales. Demonstrated success in market analysis and recruiting new partners. Strong organizational and program management skills. Experience in direct selling and stakeholder interaction.

Proficiency in business development and sales target execution. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Expertise in market analysis and recruiting new partners. Ability to leverage performance metrics to assess partner effectiveness. Proficiency in digital and remote selling.

Salary




The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $193,650 to $263,350 annually with a 60%/40% (salary/incentive) mix.

Pay within this range will be based on the review of experience, skills, and internal equity.

As a full time, employee of HP Canada, you will be eligible to participate in the company's group benefit programs, including medical, dental, life insurance, and disability coverage, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. During your employment term, you will receive 15 paid vacation days per year prorated based on your start date.
