The Opportunity

The mission of the PPC Growth Strategist is to retain and grow a portfolio of B2B SaaS clients (4-5) through ongoing relationship nurturing and strategic hands-on management of PPC platforms (including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

The PPC Growth Strategist will support and protect the Director of Paid Media to achieve the company's long-term goals by consistently delivering WOW results for our clients.

This role demands an individual with exceptional communication, strategic, analysis, organizational, and interpersonal qualities. This means:
  • The ability to set, communicate, and regularly manage expectations with clients.
  • The ability to deliver impactful marketing results through smart decision making and day-to-day campaign management while effectively communicating that value upward to the client.
  • The ability to plan, organize and execute multiple ongoing initiatives in a timely and transparent manner.
This individual is responsible for a portfolio of client accounts, including aspects of strategy, planning, client management, optimization, and reporting.

Expected Outcomes

Reporting to the Director of Paid Media, you'll: * Be a strategic partner for our clients. Managing client relationships and performance for a portfolio of 4-5 B2B SaaS companies.
  • Optimize Paid Media campaigns across all channels, writing and split testing ad copy, contributing to the landing page and website copy and recommending solutions to improve the client's inbound marketing funnel.
  • Consult on Demand Generation tactics for our B2B SaaS Clients including email campaign strategy, trial/demo acquisition funnel, and identifying content opportunities based on client's personas.

  • Project Management: Large and complex projects are kept organized, within scope, and on time. You are able to proactively resolve project risks and expertly handle objections.
  • Reporting & Analytics: You are able to create advanced custom reports and dashboards in Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
  • Communication: You are able to communicate complex data in a simple manner and craft a story around it to lead to business insights. You have strong presentation skills and are comfortable speaking in front of small audiences.
