Real Estate Webmasters (REW) is looking for an experienced PPC Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing high-performing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns focusing on the Real Estate industry. These campaigns will drive traffic, increase conversions, and help our clients achieve their goals. You will work closely with a team of other PPC specialists to develop and execute successful strategies that will align with REW's overall goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective PPC campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve business goals. Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify and prioritize high-performing keywords. Manage daily campaign activities, including budget allocation, ad copy creation, and testing. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. Analyze campaign performance, comparing current campaign execution strategies with new ideas to find incremental improvements Assure keyword targets, landing page content, and text ad copy are all in close alignment with REW guidelines and optimized Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new platforms/tools. Provide regular reports and analysis to stakeholders on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization. Mentor and train team members on PPC best practices and strategies.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in developing and executing successful PPC campaigns in GoogleAds. Strong understanding of PPC principles, keyword research, bidding strategies, and ad copy creation/testing. Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tracking tools. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience mentoring and training team members.
