Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented
Digital Advertising Specialist
to manage and optimize our online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires expertise in digital marketing strategies, campaign execution, and data analysis to maximize ROI and ensure effective brand presence in the digital space.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management
Plan, create, and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor performance daily, optimizing bids, targeting, creatives, and ad placements to maximize ROI.
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
2. Strategy & Planning
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital advertising strategies aligned with business objectives.
Research target audiences, competitive landscape, and emerging advertising trends.
Recommend new platforms, tools, and approaches to stay ahead of digital marketing trends.
3. Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Generate weekly and monthly reports to communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.
4. Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with content, creative, and web development teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Align advertising campaigns with broader marketing initiatives, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
Liaise with external vendors, agencies, or media partners when necessary.
5. Budget Management
Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively across channels.
Forecast spend and ensure campaigns stay within allocated budgets.
Evaluate ROI and reallocate spend to the best-performing channels.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, programmatic advertising, and retargeting strategies.
Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications (preferred).

Campaign performance analytics
Experience with Graphic Design is preferred but not required
