We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) Document Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining PPAP documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements. Your proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail will help streamline our production processes and support our commitment to excellence. Duties



Prepare, review, and organize PPAP documentation in accordance with industry standards and customer specifications Ensure all required documents, including control plans, process flow diagrams, FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Analyses), and measurement data are complete and accurate Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to gather necessary documentation and resolve discrepancies Maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of PPAP files Verify document accuracy through proofreading, data entry, and quality checks before submission Track submission deadlines and follow up with relevant departments or customers as needed Support internal audits by providing organized documentation and records

Skills



Strong office management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple files, deadlines, and document versions efficiently Advanced data entry capabilities with high accuracy; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus for related bookkeeping tasks Bilingual abilities are preferred to assist diverse teams or customer interactions Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, calendar management, and phone etiquette using multi-line phone systems Knowledge of office equipment operation including front desk procedures and multi-line phone systems Familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous but not required; experience in office administration or customer service roles is highly valued
