We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Service Manager

to lead our

Powersports & Marine Service Department

, representing industry-leading OEM brands including

Yamaha and Suzuki

. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to oversee service operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a growing division.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the powersports & marine service department. Manage and mentor service advisors, technicians, and support staff. Ensure consistent, high-quality service aligned with OEM standards (Yamaha, Suzuki, and other leading brands). Monitor service KPIs, customer satisfaction, and departmental profitability. Implement best practices for workflow efficiency, scheduling, and warranty processing. Coordinate with parts, sales, and management teams to ensure smooth client experiences.
Maintain compliance with OEM guidelines and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in

powersports service management or leadership

. Strong working knowledge of

PBS dealership management software

. Previous experience with

Yamaha & Suzuki

is a strong asset. Proven leadership, organizational, and customer service skills. Ability to motivate a team while managing departmental performance.
Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
