What You'll Do
Sell generator maintenance programs, rentals, and new & used equipment to commercial & industrial clients
Build new business while supporting existing customers
Work with our technical team to create site assessments & right-size solutions
Manage your sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals
Stay up-to-date on industry codes (CSA 282-15, NFPA-25) & educate customers on standards
What We're Looking For
A self-starter who thrives on hunting new business, meeting quotas, and closing deals
3+ years of sales experience (industrial equipment, power generation, or technical fields preferred)
Mechanical or electrical knowledge is a plus
Strong communication, relationship building & negotiation skills
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
Valid, clean driver's license & willingness to travel
Experience with or interest in social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) is an asset -- especially for sharing project wins, promoting brand visibility, or engaging with the industry online
This is a team-driven, on-site role -- Gentech does not offer work from home options.
