  • Sells products/systems/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for the assigned divisions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand their needs, promotes their understanding of ABB\xe2\x80\x99s complete product/systems/ services offering, and aligns with them to provide a solution. \xe2\x80\xa2 Leads the OEM growth initiatives in the Western region \xe2\x80\xa2 Executing sales strategies by working closely with the RSM \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepares sales plans using ABB authorized tools. \xe2\x80\xa2 Works closely with segment managers, marketing, and RSM to execute the regional sales strategy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Creates added value for the customer and ABB and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals, by using effective sales techniques. \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicates to the customers about the details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB\xe2\x80\x99s offering and strategy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensures efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manages administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyzing sales data and trends, identifying new business opportunities, and building and maintaining relationships with clients \xe2\x80\xa2 Coaches and mentors sales team members. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensures appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers are in place, including prices and trading conditions.
Qualifications for the role
  • You are highly skilled in channel management and customer relations to excel in sales in the OEM and loose component market.
  • Ability to demonstrate that you have established sales skills the OEM market
  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of Salesforce, Power-BI and Empower
  • You are passionate about growing your sales portfolio and maintaining relationships
  • Have a demonstrated track record in building long lasting relationships with customers
  • You are eligible to work anywhere in Canada, and hold a valid drivers license
