Job Description
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking parts. Apply powder coatings using manual or automated spray systems. Operate curing ovens and monitor temperature/time settings. Inspect finished parts for coating thickness, coverage, and defects. Maintain powder-coating equipment and keep work area clean. Follow safety procedures and meet production targets.
Requirements:
Experience in powder coating or industrial painting. Knowledge of coating materials, spray equipment, and curing processes. Ability to read job specs and perform quality checks. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
