Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Powder Coating Line Worker to join our production team. This role involves preparing, coating, and inspecting metal parts using a manual powder coating system. Responsibilities include hanging and removing parts on the line, ensuring proper surface preparation, applying powder coating, and inspecting finished products for quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and hang parts for coating. Apply powder coating using spray equipment. Monitor the curing oven and coating line for proper operation. Inspect coated parts for defects and ensure quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment. Follow safety protocols and production procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or coating experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
