When your actions lead to success.

• Perform varied tasks in the post press department using finishing machinery (Alphaliner, Quarter Folder, Stackers etc.
• Understand production requirements for the shift and set up equipment as required.
• Read production file specifications for actioned required during shift (docket, skid tags, runs lists, load sheets and destination tags etc.).
• Setup equipment and ensure required resources are in place productions supplies. Prepare and adjust equipment as required for mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and/or computer controls.
• Operate department equipment and keep speed in compliance with company standards. Correct and problem solve issues and make adjustments to minimize any production delays.
• Ensure the finished product meets/exceeds customer\'s expectations and company qualify standards.
• Ensure production supplies (raw materials) are readily available for all work including any auxiliary equipment.
• Assist with and apply preventive maintenance in accordance to specific schedules and/or as required.
• Ensure that the team is all signed off on required department SOPs and participate in risk assessments for tasks.
• Monitor and assist team in performing manual hand work such as folding products, inserting products and sorting, feeding and emptying machines.

• High school diploma, equivalent or combination of work experience.
• 2-3 years print experience in post press, and mailroom roles.
• 2+ years of manufacturing environment experience.
• High regard for safety and collaboration.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to develop.
• Detailed print process, and mailroom procedure knowledge and experience.
• Able to communicate production requirements and monitor the tasks of others.
• Positive attitude and a team player.
• Attention to detail.
• Good communications skills (both written and verbal).
• Time management, planning and organization skills.
• Good computer skills
• Willing to learn and be part of a dynamic multi skilled team.
• Flexible and able to work shifts, varied or steady schedules (36 to 40 hours per week).
