Position : Post office Clerk and gift store assistant
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service
Provides superior and efficient customer service to post office and gift store customers
Answers enquiries and resolves customer complaints regarding postal services
Maintains a neat and organized postal service area.
Ability to upsell and recommend postal services and promotions to all customers
Accurately sell lotto tickets
Assist store manager in
Ability to learn various services offered at the store.
Complies with all store policies and procedures
Experience
Prior post office experience
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate
Register Skills
Organized and detailed oriented
Efficient time management skills
Ability to work in a fast pace environment
WORKING CONDITIONS
Ability to work flexible shifts which may weekends
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand for long durations.
