Position Summary

Sparkle and Scrub Cleaning is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Cleaners for

post-construction cleaning projects

in North York. This role will focus on

commercial post-construction drywall cleaning

, with opportunities for residential and ongoing commercial work. You will be part of a professional team that takes pride in precision, safety, and exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

Perform

post-construction cleaning

in commercial spaces, including drywall dust removal from surfaces, fixtures, floors, and vents Clean and detail walls, baseboards, windows, ledges, and high-touch areas Safely use hand tools, vacuums (HEPA if applicable), mops, and custodial equipment Follow dust-control and safety procedures in active or recently completed construction environments Maintain high cleanliness and quality standards on every job Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines Communicate professionally with supervisors, clients, and team members Assist with deep cleaning, residential cleaning, or other commercial projects as needed Ensure customer satisfaction through thorough, detail-focused work
Qualifications

Prior cleaning experience required;

post-construction or commercial cleaning experience strongly preferred

Familiarity with drywall dust cleanup techniques is a plus Ability to safely use cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to lift, bend, stand for extended periods, and work in dusty environments Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Professional communication and customer service skills
