The Opportunity:

This position is

casual/on-call

, meaning you'll be contacted by a manager when construction cleanup jobs are available. Work varies from week to week, depending on project needs. You'll join a team on-site to clean and prepare new or renovated homes and commercial spaces for move-in.
You must be available

at least 3 days per week

and accept

a minimum of 2 shifts per month

.

The Position:

As a

Construction Cleaner

, your primary responsibilities include:

Deep cleaning and detailing newly built or renovated spaces Removing dust, debris, and construction materials safely Cleaning windows, fixtures, cabinets, and surfaces Working efficiently as part of a team to complete jobs on schedule
You should enjoy physical, detail-oriented work and take satisfaction in creating a clean, polished final result for clients.

What you Need to be Successful:

A driver's license and reliable vehicle to easily travel to work sites Ability to use basic technology/apps on a mobile phone (for communication) Have graduated high school A great work ethic Ability to hustle and work hard at a physically demanding job Positive attitude and willingness to uphold our core values consistently Some cleaning experience is considered an asset, but training is provided to candidates with the right attitude and work ethic
