Location: Blatchford, Edmonton

Start Date: Immediate (Heavy workload in December)

We are seeking an experienced Post-Construction Cleaner to join our growing team. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment alongside other trades, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Perform detailed post-construction cleaning at residential and commercial sites Work collaboratively with other trades on active construction sites Clean floors, windows, fixtures, cabinets, and all finishing areas to a high standard Remove debris, dust, and materials left from construction Follow safety protocols and site requirements Complete projects within scheduled timelines Ensure final presentation meets client expectations
Requirements:

Must have post-construction cleaning experience Paid by square footage -- must be comfortable with this pay structure Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must have own cleaning equipment and supplies Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to work independently and as part of a team Reliability and punctuality are essential Availability for heavy December workload
