Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Post Construction Cleaner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and preparing newly completed construction sites, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive cleaning of construction sites, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all surfaces. Remove debris, leftover materials, and waste from the site to ensure a tidy environment. Clean windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to achieve a spotless finish. Apply floor care techniques such as buffing and polishing to restore shine and durability. Ensure all areas comply with safety standards and company protocols during cleaning operations. Assist with light maintenance tasks like minor repairs or touch-up painting as needed. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to prioritize cleaning tasks for timely project completion.

Requirements

Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services. Knowledge of floor care methods including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety standards. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Prior experience with facilities maintenance or porter roles is a plus. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$26.82 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
