Plumbing Service Supervisor

What You'll Actually Be Doing

60% Field-Based Supervision:

Visiting job sites, coaching techs, solving problems, and ensuring quality work--not swinging a wrench, but showing others how it's done

40% Office-Based Coordination:

Scheduling, dispatching, estimates, customer communication, and supporting operational decisions Conducting quality control inspections and ensuring code compliance Leading training and mentoring for junior technicians Assisting with troubleshooting complex issues Working with the office team to streamline service delivery and customer experience

What We're Looking For

Licensed journeyman plumber 5+ years of field plumbing experience Leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience strongly preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable with (or open to learning) dispatch, estimating, and scheduling software Valid driver's license with a clean record

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
