Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Mechanical systems, with additional experience in maintenance and repair. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring the efficient operation of plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. The Technician will work closely with clients to provide high-quality service and maintain a positive customer relationship.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures, including pipes, fittings, and appliances. Diagnose plumbing issues using schematics and technical manuals to identify problems accurately. Perform tasks as needed for pipe repairs or installations. Conduct routine maintenance on boilers and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repairs and maintenance needs. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on each job. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working in various environments.

Experience

Proven experience as a Plumbing / Heating Technician or similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance and repair tasks. Familiarity with HVAC systems, appliance repair, and construction practices is advantageous. Ability to read and interpret schematics related to plumbing systems. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Pay: $41.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
