Job Description

Administrative Person required for established Plumbing & Heating Co. located in Port Coquitlam since 1987. In this versatile role, you will be responsible for performing general office administrative duties encompassing everything from reception & customer service to accounting duties including job costing, pricing, invoicing, typing of quotations, data entry using excel, processing supplier invoices (A/P & A/R (collections).

You bring to this position previous customer service & administrative experience in the Plumbing & Heating industry or similar industry.

You have a positive attitude, exceptional organizational abilities, strong customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills & are reliable. Knowledge

in Sage

50 Accounting, Social Media, Sales, Marketing, SEO,

Job Costing, Excel, Word, & Outlook

is necessary. Salary negotiable depending upon experience. Flexible hours.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
