We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Gas Technician to join our team. Duties
Install, repair, and maintain Gas systems in residential and commercial settings.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
Diagnose issues with plumbing systems and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
Work with Gas / Furnace systems as needed to ensure proper integration with plumbing installations.
Utilize welding techniques for pipe fitting and repairs as required.
Conduct appliance repairs related to plumbing systems, ensuring all appliances function efficiently.
Collaborate with other technicians and tradespeople to complete projects on time and within specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Gas Technician or similar role.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various plumbing issues effectively.
Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
Proficient in reading schematics and technical drawings related to plumbing installations.
Ability to weld and perform pipe fitting tasks as needed.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
