A global leader in digital transformation, Techso is a fast-growing company offering consulting services in three niches of expertise: technology infrastructure management (IT), specific application development (DEV) and product lifecycle management (PLM).



Founded in 2014, Techso has built a reputation for the quality of its projects delivered to prestigious customers in various sectors such as automotive, aerospace, events, watchmaking, finance and many others.



Techso is looking to expand its team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our customers in their projects. You will participate in all stages, from needs analysis to the delivery of customized solutions for Canadian and international customers.



Responsibilities:



Participate in the analysis of the business context and identify all stakeholders (groups of people or business processes impacted).



Identify and understand stakeholder needs to translate them into clear, actionable objectives.



Structure, formalize and maintain documentation of functional and non-functional requirements to ensure their constant alignment with business needs.



Collaborate with technical and business teams to design solutions adapted to identified challenges.



Facilitate interactive workshops with stakeholders to validate and adjust proposed solutions.



Work closely with the business process architect to develop the necessary transformation documents and validate business cases once solutions are implemented.



Accompany customers through the transformation phases, including change management and business process improvement.



Contribute to solution testing, qualification and validation phases to ensure alignment with defined requirements.



Support and pass on expertise on business analysis processes to support and guide other teams within the organization.



Skills required:



Bachelor's degree in computer science or mechanics



At least 4 years' professional experience in a similar role and in the aeronautics/aerospace sector



Knowledge of one or more PLM solutions (Dassault Systemes, PTC, Siemens, etc.)



In-depth IT skills, particularly with Microsoft applications



Relational database skills:

SQL



Mastery of tools:

Tableau, Power BI, minitab, ...



Creation of unique process models and process decomposition using process modeling tools (ARIS, IcePanel C4...)



Proficiency in a programming language such as Visual Basic



Ability to conduct workshops and user training, as well as presentations to various project stakeholders



Mobile for international assignments



Perfect knowledge of English, as some of your customers will be English-speaking
