Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Play Center Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and providing exceptional guest services in a fun and safe environment. As a Play Center Attendant, you will be responsible for supervising play areas, cleaning up play areas, engaging with children and their families, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

Supervise children in the play center to ensure safety and adherence to rules. Engage with children through interactive play, games, and activities. Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash register. Assist in food service operations, including preparing snacks and beverages for guests. Maintain cleanliness of the play area and ensure all equipment is safe and functional. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's activities and any incidents that may arise. Support special events or programs within the play center as needed.

Requirements

Previous experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting is preferred. Strong public speaking skills to engage with families and present information clearly. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience in cash handling is beneficial for managing transactions efficiently. Background in food service or hospitality is a plus, especially in fast-paced environments. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required. A friendly demeanor and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
