Oversee and optimize daily production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Supervise and develop production staff, fostering continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the lab to maintain high product quality standards.
Plan and execute plant outages and upgrades with minimal disruption.
Continuously improve production processes to reduce costs.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
Oversee maintenance and performance of production equipment.
Risk Management: Collaborate on risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
Help manage the production department\'s budget.
Prepare and analyze reports to inform decision-making.
Ensure timely procurement of necessary materials.
Implement best practices for operational excellence.
Ensure processes meet regulatory requirements.
QualificationsBachelor\'s degree in engineering or related field.
5+ years in plant operations or production management, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
Preferred certifications include Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or PMP.
Knowledge of process engineering, production systems, and equipment maintenance.
Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
Experience managing plant projects and process improvements.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiar with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Willing to be on-call, including weekends as needed.
Employment DetailsSalary: $85,000 - $100,000 Yearly
Benefits: 40 Hours Weekly, Permanent, Fulltime, Onsite
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break. Overtime and occasional weekend flexibility may be required.
