Position Overview


We are looking for a smart, hard-working, and driven operations leader to take on the role of

Operations Manager

at our plant-based food facility. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, hands-on, and capable of managing people and projects, improving systems, and getting the best out of their team.

You'll oversee day-to-day production, coordinate projects, and provide operational support across our full group: Aux Vivres Cuisine, Noble Bean Tempeh, and our two restaurant locations.

You'll work with a team of high-performing individuals--loyal, vigilant, and passionate about healthy food and our shared success. Key Responsibilities



Production Oversight



Lead daily operations across two kitchen areas producing both ready-to-eat meals and restaurant-prepared items Refine workflows to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and meet fulfillment targets Maintain fresh and frozen inventory to support uninterrupted production Maintain the critical cold chain to ensure ultra-fresh products are made, packaged, and shipped at cold temperatures for optimal nutrition and food safety

Operations & Coordination



Own operational needs across Aux Vivres Cuisine, Noble Bean Tempeh, and both restaurants--including transportation, maintenance, and vendor coordination Collaborate closely with restaurant teams to ensure smooth cross-location operations Support special projects, expansion plans, and continuous improvement initiatives

Quality & Compliance



Uphold food safety standards through regular audits, training, and documentation Maintain consistent product quality for both packaged and restaurant-ready items

Team Management & Culture



Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing team in a collaborative environment Foster a respectful, hard-working, and solutions-oriented team culture Provide ongoing coaching and support to help staff grow and succeed

Logistics & Procurement



Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams to ensure accurate, timely deliveries Lead procurement of ingredients, packaging, and supplies

Admin & HR Support



Approve timesheets and provide HR support including onboarding and performance check-ins Define responsibilities clearly and ensure a well-organized, efficient workplace

Who We're Looking For

Description du poste


Nous recherchons un(e) responsable des operations intelligent(e), motive(e) et rigoureux(se) pour diriger notre installation de production alimentaire vegetale. Ce role exige une personne minutieuse, pratique, capable de gerer des equipes et des projets, d'ameliorer les systemes et d'optimiser le rendement de son equipe.

Vous superviserez la production quotidienne, coordonnerez les projets et offrirez un soutien operationnel a travers l'ensemble de notre groupe : Aux Vivres Cuisine, Noble Bean Tempeh, et nos deux restaurants.

Vous travaillerez avec une equipe performante--loyale, vigilante et passionnee par l'alimentation saine et le succes collectif. Responsabilites principales



Supervision de la production



Gerer les operations quotidiennes dans deux cuisines produisant des repas prets-a-manger et des plats pour les restaurants Optimiser les flux de travail pour ameliorer l'efficacite, reduire les pertes et atteindre les objectifs de production Maintenir les stocks frais et congeles pour une production continue Maintenir la chaine du froid pour garantir que les produits ultra-frais sont prepares, emballes et expedies a temperature controlee pour une nutrition optimale et la securite alimentaire

Operations et coordination



Gerer les besoins operationnels d'Aux Vivres Cuisine, de Noble Bean Tempeh et des deux restaurants (transport, maintenance, coordination des fournisseurs) Collaborer etroitement avec les equipes des restaurants pour assurer une coordination fluide entre les sites Appuyer les projets speciaux, les plans d'expansion et les initiatives d'amelioration continue

Qualite et conformite



Maintenir les normes de salubrite alimentaire par des audits, formations et documentation reguliers Assurer une qualite constante des produits emballes et prets a servir

Gestion d'equipe et culture



Diriger, former et inspirer une equipe performante dans un environnement collaboratif Favoriser une culture d'equipe respectueuse, assidue et axee sur les solutions Offrir un encadrement continu pour soutenir la croissance du personnel

Logistique et approvisionnement



Coordonner avec les equipes d'entrepot, d'expedition et de reception pour assurer des livraisons exactes et ponctuelles Superviser l'approvisionnement des ingredients, emballages et fournitures

Support administratif et RH



Approuver les feuilles de temps et appuyer les RH (integration, evaluations de performance) Definir clairement les responsabilites et assurer un lieu de travail bien organise et efficace

Profil recherche



Un leader naturel avec au moins 2 ans d'experience en gestion de production alimentaire ou de cuisine commerciale Une personne autonome, proactive et capable de mener des projets a terme Un batisseur d'equipe qui motive les autres par l'exemple Une personne energique, positive, qui s'epanouit dans un environnement collaboratif A l'aise avec les outils numeriques et l'intelligence artificielle pour ameliorer les operations et les communications Communicateur(trice) fort(e), bilingue en anglais et en francais Stable, oriente(e) vers une carriere a long terme et desireux(se) de progresser Bon sens, habile avec l'informatique, attitude positive et perseverance Permis de conduire valide requis
