As our Janitor, you'll play a key role in upholding our hygiene standards in line with FSSC and quality requirements, while supporting a team that's passionate about quality, care, and continuous improvement.


What you'll Do

Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic facility by adhering to our sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Food safety standards. Accurately complete sanitation records and support inspections by following procedures and reporting issues. Operate a range of cleaning equipment by following safety protocols and promoting workplace cleanliness. Maintain exterior areas such as walkways and parking lots, including debris cleanup. Manage garbage and recycling and assist with ordering and restocking janitorial and PPE supplies.

What you Bring

1-2 years of janitorial or sanitation experience, preferably in a food manufacturing environment Familiarity with sanitation procedures, cleaning equipment, and safe chemical handling Experience operating pallet jacks and forklifts considered an asset Ability to follow and communicate clear verbal and written instructions Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
