Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Plant Controller to oversee financial operations at our manufacturing facility in Vaughan, ON. This vital role supports our goal of maintaining operational excellence and financial integrity within the company.

Responsibilities

Manage all financial aspects of the manufacturing plant, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting. Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets. Prepare financial statements and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with management to develop cost-saving initiatives. Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and standards. Utilize our ERP for efficient financial management. SYSPRO is an asset.

Qualifications

Proven experience in manufacturing finance or plant controlling. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting software. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills in English. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
