YOUR ROLE

The Planner is responsible for supporting the growth of CIS stores through sales planning and inventory management. This role will help manage the in-season and future planning of sales, markdown, and profit/contribution, with an additional focus on inventory management and assortment strategy, aligned with the financial target. Reports to the Planning Manager.

• Generate and analyze statistical data on area of responsibility
• Build and maintain seasonal merchandise budgets
• Build and maintain seasonal assortment plans
• Monitor the purchases against receipt plan
• Participate in the regional in-season management, and provide sales and markdowns forecasts and its impact on inventory levels
• Update weekly and monthly reports
• Manage and forecast the open-to-buy with interaction with the buying team
• Prepare ad-hoc reports to support strategic business decisions

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE\'RE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor\'s Degree required
• Minimum of 3 years retail planning (with an emphasis on either inventory management, buying or allocation)
• Excellent retail math and analytical skills
• Ability to partner effectively across organizational boundaries; highly collaborative
• Excellent Excel skills, ability to use Excel to analyze large volume of data
• Excellent prioritization, process optimization and problem-solving capabilities; highly curious
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and disciplined to check work
• Strong sense of teamwork and ability to multitask
• Experience in Arthur, Decision, Aptos and SAP, an asset
• Bilingual
